Quality item, got warm right away. Haven’t tested in freezing temps but I’m sure it’ll do the job based on my testing around 40 degrees weather. The directions do say to ONLY use when submerged, I can attest that sounds accurate! I left it out a few seconds and it started to give off some odor (probably just burning dust but still be careful it can’t slip out of the basin it’s in). My only complaint is that the box it came in was flimsy and there was some kind of metallic dust in the wrapper and the inside, not sure what that was! Made me a little nervous to use it but it seems fine. I tried to show it in the photos.
