I got this pump for circulating water from a saltwater bait tank through a 5-gallon DIY canister filter. The pump runs smoothly and draws around 27W according to my watt meter. It’s been running 24×7 for around 2 weeks without issues. The only complaint I have is with the 4 suction-cup feet. The suction is adequately strong for holding the pump to the bottom of the tank. But the slightest movement of the connecting hose causes the pump to detach from some of the suction cups. This is a minor nuisance but is a bit irritating when it happens over and over.
