I have tried a few different media reactors for BioPellets. None of them worked well. Pellets would clump up etc. That will not happen with this reactor. This has to be the best BioPellet reactor I have seen. It works great. This is the first one I got for one of my 75 gallon tanks. This is the smallest of the reactors on a 75 and its just about exactly the right capacity for 75g. This will be big on smaller tanks. It is loud. Its what you would expect from plastic balls slamming into each other at a high rate of speed. Simple ball valve to control the flow and you can reduce how loud it is. I wish I had found this reactor a year ago.
