The media could not be loaded.Great deal on the 11lb bag. This media is about the same consistency of aquarium gravel that you would buy for the substrate. Recommend rinsing it off like instructions indicate otherwise it will cloud your tank for a bit. I checked my calcium before adding this media and it was 340 and after six hours it was 360 so I was happy to see that there was no crazy spike due to not rinsing. Time will tell if my DIY solution holds up. My calcium reactor is just a container with bubbles running through it.
