I bought these as rock tumbling media for some softer rocks i wanted to tumble. I don’t like using plastic media as it absorbs grit and creates microplastics, and i can’t use ceramic media for what i wanted to tumble as the Mohs hardness of ceramic would cause damage to the stones. So i figured I’d get some glass beads, and settled on these as they were a good value per pound. These are very small beads, most around 1-2mm in size, and will work excellently to fill the space in my rock tumbler. The color is beautiful also, so i will most likely keep them in a jar afterwards until i need to use them again!

Color was not what I was expecting. Pictures look medium warm blue to aqua. This will work, but I would have preferred aqua, like they show in the listing and half the reviews. Similar to review pic in a measuring cup…. They are nice, just wished color was more accurate..

The media could not be loaded.I purchased this polished gravel because I was setting up a new 10 gallon freshwater aquarium and needed substrate. I wanted to add some color and this looked so pretty in the photos. It was a little more money than the typical gravel I normally put in, but SO worth the cost. I fell in love with it as soon as I opened the bag!! The color is darker than the aqua pictured in the listing photos, but it is still gorgeous. The stones are smooth and clear. I thought maybe it would get yucky pretty quickly when food settles after feeding, but the tank is 3 months old, and so far, it looks great. I do also use a tube feeder for my sinking foods. I added one bag for the tank pictured. You would need two to completely fill the bottom of an 8-10 tank. I loved it so much that I purchased it a second time for my tank at work. I highly recommend them.

The media could not be loaded.Beautiful! I saw only reviews for the blue ones but I wanted an array of colors so got the multi color. And wow! They’re so pretty. My betta seemed to love them as well. He rubbed his body all over these as soon as I put them in lol def worth it.
