I set up my 29G with Zebra Danios (short fin), Neon Tetra, Panda Corydora, Otocinclus Catfish, Ghost Shrimp, & Mystery Snails, all with the intention of trying my first social tank with Bettas. I chose these because of their color and size (all of which is true to advert), and because I assumed they would be social considering I assumed they were already sorority fish. My assumptions are confirmed as they are EXTREMELY friendly and curious little fishes, who add a LOT of color to my tank. I’ve seen no nipping, and very little puffing (only between the two most similar but they seem to handle it pretty well), and with the space given they’re quick to separate and explore. I’ve also seen a lot of them sticking together as they explore, as well as the addition of these 3 causing my Zebra Danios to school more, and completely stopped the one Danios from chasing other things around my tank for superiority.After adding these healthy amd vibrant Koi Betta my tank is left looking prettier, and with less hostility among my other fish. I would highly recommend these beautiful fish, from this seller.
