These have a carabiner attached, so you can hang them from a hook. That isolates the vibrating material to just air and not the whole machine. Larger air pumps seem to make a decent amount of their noise hammering the tabletop.

This little air pump is an absolute win. It’s tiny and you can place it or hang it anywhere. So quiet, sometimes I cannot even tell whether it’s on or not, but it always is. No overheating at all, and quite powerful for its diminutive size. USB powered makes it very versatile. Great buy.
