The medium size is perfect for 10 gallon aquariums, and measures 11 3/8” x 9 5/8”.
- CUT TO SIZE: In addition to being safe for both freshwater and saltwater tanks, the polymer screen can be trimmed to size. This will allow you to use the Tank Divider in smaller or non-standard sized aquariums. No other modifications needed.
- CLEAR, PERFORATED SCREEN: Our Tank Dividers come standard with a clear, perforated screen that’s put into place by two side clips. The screen is designed to not restrict water circulation, filtration, or heating. It’s easy to install, and clean as needed!
- HELPFUL ADVICE: For best placement and function, we suggest that the bottom is covered with sand, gravel, or your substrate of choice. This will better secure the divider into place, and ensure no little ones accidentally swim underneath or around the bottom corners.

I am so happy with this divider! Because it has frames the divider slides into and not suction cups, it fits snug against the glass sides of the tank so small fish can’t just swim around by the suction cups like other products have. Looks great and easy to clean when done. My Bettas can still see each other so they don’t get lonely but can’t possibly get to each other! (If using for Bettas, make sure it goes to the top of the tank as well, Bettas “jump” sometimes!)

I needed something to separate my tank while introducing new fish and this worked perfectly. It’s kind of flimsy but all you need to do is secure it properly and it will divide the tank safely with no chance of any fish breaking through into one side or another. I bought this product to put in my fish tank to keep my betas separated. Worked OK for a while. My one beta somehow got on the other side multiple times. I’m guessing she jumped over. Doesn’t look the nicest in the fish tank and ended up tearing in the corner.
