The media could not be loaded.My fish arrived in a double bagged container that was chilled and insulated less than 24 hours after they were shipped. They were overnighted via FedEx next day air. Pay the extra money, especially in this warm weather so that the fish are sure to arrive healthy. Cost of the fish plus the shipping is a little on the expensive side, but not bad considering what some other places are charging.The colors and varieties of these are quite stunning. They are exactly as described on the website. I would highly recommend this vendor.

My first batch of fish had a water leak while being shipped. At first it appeared most were dead. Placed them in a bucket with my pond water and surprisingly they all began to swim. Within a week. half of them died or were not doing well. Sent the company an email with documentation of the shipping box and requested replacement fish. The They sent me another order of replacement fish at no cost. Out of the original 10 fish and the second package of 10 we have 13 living fish doing well in our pond. Good company to work with!
