On hot summer days, water gets as high as 78 degrees. Not the greatest for kid’s Ranchu gold fish. If keep on high for all day/night, we’ve gotten temps from 76 degree, all the way down to 68 the next morning. High is a bit noisy, but well worth it. Once water cools, switch to low. Much quieter and temp may go up a bit to 70 in our case, but again, worth it.
